Side view, standing next to the garage.
Back view, standing at the furthest point of the backyard.
Back view, at the NE corner of the backyard.
Side view of the entry way.
Just past the stairs, looking west at the garage.
The garage is almost as big as our last house in Rita Ranch.
Looking east over the railing at the backyard.
Looking east/northeast. (The contract required the previous owners to remove the satellite dish, which they did and just left the cord attached to the roof and dangling).
Looking north. To the left on the house side are the French doors from the master bedroom.
From the north corner of the deck, looking below. The churned up dirt is where the septic system is.
A few more views of the backyard from ground-level:
The first thing we did was remove all appliances and the only place to put them was on the back porch. The dishwasher has gone to the landfill. The oven is electric and will be moved into the garage to be used for powdercoating and other projects.
Lovely park bench :-P. The burned area is where the previous owners burned a dead Christmas tree. The contract required them to remove it from the front yard (it was lying in the desert) and this was their method of disposal.
